Small Group Personal Training
Our Small Group Personal Training combines the energy of group training with the structure and coaching of personal training. Designed for groups of 4 to 6 people, these sessions deliver personalised guidance, accountability, and progression in a motivating team environment.
Unlike large fitness classes, our small group sessions allow coaches to focus on proper movement, technique, and individual progression while still creating the community atmosphere that makes training enjoyable and sustainable.
